Lower beam assembly structure
The lower beam of LAG press brake, use of the unique bolted structure. Three plates use of special materials, and the gap between the plates, to ensure that during the crowning compensation, the plate directly slide relative freely, and ensure to go back to the initial position.
On both sides of the lower beam, there are two pins, which are used for connection to the frame while limiting the relative movement of the plate in accordance with the center of the pin. On this way, when the lower beam is pushed up, the highest position from the top, must be in the center surface of the lower beam . The pin design assures the best compensation, at the same time, restoring the lower beam to the original position when the crowning compensation cylinder are not working.
