Traditional hydraulic deflection compensation system X-CS

Traditional hydraulic crowning compensation system X-CS is used to the X-Bravo series press brake machines,it is synchronized with the G-Reflex system during bending.

Working principle: CNC according to set the length of the plate bending, thickness automatically calculate the theoretical value. However, due to sheet material, mold wear and other issues, resulting in background data is not accurate, this time need to manually adjust the manual compensation to ensure that bending accuracy.

CNC dynamic  automatic  crowning  system  G-CS

The CNC dynamic automatic crowning system G-CS is designed,R&D independent by LAG,it is the standard component of G-TOP series press brake ma-chines,which represents one of the highest technical deflection compensation system in the global market.

G-CS reads the deformation data by CNC controller,hydraulic system and the displacement tensile sensor on the upper and lower beam,then converted to the analog signals send to the CNC,CNC control the independent hydraulic system,to real-time compensation. Regardless the change of the material,thickness, curvature of the plate, G-CS can ensure the angle consistency during the full length bending,it is no necessary to adjust the manually the preset compensation data.
