G-Reflex is installed on all LAG X-Bravo,G-TOP,GPS series press brakes,allow correct positioning of the ram, ensure the same bending angle along the whole work piece however change of steel plate’s thickness,length and the position.

The “C” shaped structure is independent of the frame,It doesn't chang with the deformation of the frame during the bending process, connected to the grating ruler,the CNC control, ensure the accuracy of the detection value of the frame deformation,thus ensure the bending accuracy.

LAG machine is equipped with G-Reflex system, the actual position of upper beam can be detected by the two linear encoder, which is installed on the “C” shaped structure,and the “C” shaped structure is independent,non-deformation and with the self-adjusting balancing device.So during the bending process,G-Reflex system can eliminate automatically the measurement error of the linear encoder according to the deformation data of the frame “OPEN MONTH”.
